Workplace Mediations

Conflict management is the process for handling disputes and disagreements between two or more parties. We work to minimize negative factors that are influencing the conflict and encourage all participants to come to an agreement to mutually beneficial outcome that’ is agreed upon by everyone involved in the conflict.

Workplace mediation assists workplaces with complex issues related to conflict. A neutral mediator works with employees and employers, providing them with strategic creative interventions that meets their specific needs and targets specific conflicts. The interventions may include mediation(s), skill building and/or other types of tailored conflict interventions.

We assist you to resolve your issues collaboratively. The outcome of collaborative problem-solving processes can improve relationships at all levels – between employees and management, between colleagues or throughout an entire work unit.

We guide you through a strategic process of identifying, discussing and resolving issues by finding solutions that are implementable and sustainable  in the workplace. We build capacity in individuals so that both problem-solving and communication skills will be improved in the future allowing you to resolve your own conflict constructively minimizing the need for an outside intervention in the future.
